Bright colors are simply my favorite.
I know neons/pinks/yellows are not top trends for Fall 2013, but there’s something happy about these bright colors. This pink pencil skirt was a clearance find & has since become a wardrobe staple. As for the floral top from Forever 21 – it matches everythingin my closet. It was a recent find so snag it while you can! While at the MAC counter this past weekend, I purchased this lipliner from the new Retro Matte collection… I. am. obsessed.

I love this look…and you can wear bright colors all you want! I live in the south and it's hard to transition to fall colors and clothing so early because of the warm weather. I am still wearing bright colors!
