Sunkist…

Dress, Nordstrom (also comes in a pink shade!) | Heels, Tory Burch (love these & these also) | Bag, GiGi New York | Sunglasses, Karen Walker | Necklace, Emerald Bling (sold out) (also here) | Watch, Michele | Bracelets, Stella & Dot, Love Always Couture, Sassy Jones Boutique, similarsimilar | Lips, Up The Amp (this would be nice, too)

When it comes to a dress, I tend to lean towards shift dresses because of their ease & versatility. I chose to dress this one up this particular night but I think it would be cute with sandals & this scarf for a more casual day-to-day look. I liked this dress particularly because of the length – the back is a little longer than the front which is nice.
Also, I’ve been wearing so much jewelry from Sassy Jones Boutique lately. My favorite is the zig-zag bracelet. I like it’s simplicity & the way it pairs with my watch. I’ve always been wearing these rings a lot!

Did everyone have a great Easter weekend? John & I spent the weekend with his family & some time at the lake. It was rather chilly & wet so we didn’t get out much but we had so much fun watching movies & enjoying their company. In fact, I had to name this post Sunkist because John’s grandmother & I drank so many Diet Sunkists over the weekend… and it matches my dress! 🙂

  1. Just discovered your blog. I'm in love with your style, it's perfect! Hope you don't mind I've posted some outfits on tumblr (with source offcourse). Will follow you!

  2. Super adorable look, Emily! I was looking at this exact dress this past weekend too! Love the blue with the orange! Bright is where it's at! 😉

  3. I'm really loving the shift dress look. Target made a cute one and I bought two of them. It's all cotton. Love them! That's a good color on you.
