Plaid Tidings..

‘Tis the season for black pumps.. well for me anyway. This is crazy but I didn’t own any & the past 2 weekends I’ve gone to events & places where I really needed black pumps. For instance, last weekend I went to a wedding with John & wore this sequin-y black shift dress & it was snowing out. I was annoyed because I only had nude pumps and I didn’t want to wear black tights with nude pumps. Had I already owned these, I couldn’t pulled it off but nope, instead I froze!  Out of all of the black pumps I chose these because I love the platform & I like the simplicity of them. I own a couple of pair of the Steve Madden (as opposed to Madden girl) heels and they’ve lasted me years so that’s a perk.

I hope you  guys had a great weekend. Can you believe it is already Thanksgiving week?!

  27. Omg, I totally know what you mean about the tights/pumps color mis-match situation, so annoying! I always want to wear a white and gold brocade dress for the holidays but it's freezing and black tights are not an option, ugh!! This outfit is amazing by the way – I'm totally pinning it right now!!
