Skincare Favorites..

I've been getting more & more questions regarding my skincare routine & favorites so I wanted to do a full round up of what I have been using & repurchasing. I will first admit that I am a a product junkie - no doubt, but I am pretty picky because I do not have great skin.

My skin type is oily - almost ALL the time crazy, excess oil. However, since I started using my Clarisonic, I am not nearly as oily. In fact, some days I am super dry! That being said, I only use the normal head on my Clarisonic 3x per week - the rest of the time I use THIS head which is super soft & simply removes makeup. Also, if my skin gets dry enough - I will use a LITTLE bit of LaMer. I probably only use it 3x per month because it really is hydrating, but it is also crazy pricy (be weary of it if you are acne prone, too!). The rest of the time, I use THIS moisturizer in the AM & PM. It feels sooooooo GOOD! I love the way my skin feels when I wake up after using it. Additionally, if my skin is dry and it makes my makeup have that cakey look, I use THIS spray or THIS spray to hydrate my face and allow the makeup to settle.

I switch between these two cleansers - Clarins & Mario Badescu - really just depending on if I am fighting acne or not. My skin is definitely acne prone so I am constantly battling this issue. For the most part, I've figured out what works and can usually keep my acne at bay.

As far as my eyes go, I only use THIS eye cream. I also swear by eyelash serum - though most serums that really work are pricy, I've found that you can space out the use of the serum to make the product last longer. I recommend this eyelash serum. Finally, I also use THIS eyebrow enhancing serum.. my eyebrows are cray! LOL. I look so much like my dad and he has the thickest, best eyebrows.. I got his brows but mine are unruly & I've spent the past 4 years trying to shape them. I've had people wax them and take too much so I have lost some shape over time. I use  THIS serum to get more hair growing.. I use it w/a spooly and brush upwards every night for a couple of seconds. It has totally worked for me - my brows are growing in a little more neatly now!

Ok! Please leave questions if you are wondering about something - I tried to include everything I've been asked!

My robe is here.  My lip product is here.

  26. Sincerely thinking about investing in a bottle of La Mer -- is it really worth it AND what do you think it's greatest benefits are? I have normal to dry skin and rarely break out. But they call is miracle in a bottle so how could I not be curious?! ;) Great post! Xo, Alison
