A Morning at Pike Place Market

We are home now from our quick weekend trip to Seattle. We enjoyed our time there and I especially loved the weather. It was in the 60s during the day which was nice. On our first day there, we woke up at 5am – starving! I couldn’t get used to the time change so I was in bed by 8. Anyway, we went downstairs for breakfast and by 9am we were starving again so we ventured down to Pike Place Market to get breakfast, coffee, and walk around. We got lucky because the sun was shining while we were there that morning (not all day though!). We stopped at the cutest cafe for a latte & fruit/yogurt/granola which was SO delicious (pictured above!). Then we walked around, got at hot coffee at Starbucks, and went to check out what was in the market… I especially loved the flower stands.
 
You’ve probably noticed by now that I wear this sweater SO much! It’s got a long fit so its great for leggings & it’s just super cozy and comfy. I am probably going to grab it in a few other colors! 
 
Our flight home Sunday was a little rough so I ended up skipping yesterday’s post – I woke up with a horrible headache. I’m better now that so hopefully no more skipping. 🙂

  4. Girl, I hear you about the rough flight home on Sunday! I was traveling back home to Tennessee from Southern California on Sunday and had a rough day of travel with delayed flights, turbulence, lost bags, everything! I think everyone had problems Sunday. I was so glad to finally make it home!

    1. you are going to LOVE it! it was wonderful! We were there for work so we didn’t get to go out to eat really – we ate inside of our hotel the entire time – lol! SO lame!!! But the Blue C Sushi place inside of our hotel was so good!
