I suffer from severe allergies and sometimes my nose totally gets abused. At night time I drown the tip of my nose (including the sides) in aquaphor. I wake up with a new nose, I also will dab it on through out the day and if I'm home I keep it lathered on. It can be used anywhere you need some extra moisture, I even put it on my lips every night.
I also use a diffuser from NOW brand, you can get their oils from any healthfood store, I think your jojoba oil was from them. They have different blends, clean air is great when you're dealing with allergies and congestion. Peaceful sleep is always good.
Those are my go to's, hope it helps. The aquaphor works! I promise! 🙂
