Crockpot potato soup
1 bag frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 32 oz chicken broth
1 cream cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
Throw in crockpot on low 6 hrs. Add shredded cheese, bacon bits, or sourcream to taste

I love doing quinoa, black beans, cheddar, your fave salsa (I like whole foods chipotle salsa) and chopped avocado over shredded lettuce. Sometimes I'll sauté peppers and onions and add that too. So easy and so good! I make quinoa in the rice cooker – so much easier than using the stove 🙂
