Holy cooOow – i did not know you couls reset your oil glands. I would love a post on that! My hair is long and semi thick like yours and i have to wash it every day to contain the oil. I was always told washing it less woUld help – ive tried to go a few days without washing it many times, and i didnt find that to work at all. I have yet to find a dry shampoo that works well on my Hair eIther. Super interested to hear more about making some chAnges.

I love that you did a hair post! im sure you dont have this problem but maybe you know someone who does, i have bad dandruff and dont know what products to use. (Tried head & shouldErs/selsum blue) didnt work. Do you have any RecommEndations?
