I am obsessed with the low rise flare jeans at express! They literally have like one pair right now and they keep selling out! Ugh I am keeping my eyes open for when they come back in stock. I loved the low rise flare trend when I was like 17, so idc if it is off trend right now i still love to wear it!

Do you have recOmmendationS for Petite fLares/bootcuts? The inseams on many designer denim fLaRes are way too long for my 5’4” height. Thanks!
