A Few Favorites..

So, last fall I got asked one constantly reoccurring question– through e-mail/comments or in a restaurant, even: “where did you get that vest?” in regard to my faux fur vests. I even wrote on my blog that I highly recommend buying a fur vest in the dead heat of summer because by the time October gets here all the ‘good’ sizes are sold out & by November there are no faux fur vests left! So… that brings me to today’s post.. 

Yesterday, it was monsooning here (sort of), so Jade and I went to the mall to check out the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, again, but a different mall. I quickly learned that the shopping is 10x better online than in store, by the way. However, I did find all of the pieces of an outfit I wore last fall that has probably been my most popular outfit post, ever so I re-created it with current items. Now you can get started on fall shopping while the prices are low and the items are fully stocked. In addition, I wanted to include a couple of items that I am getting. 🙂 (My luggage was 8lbs over the limit on my flight here so I’m having to order my things online!) 
 Leather Moto Jacket (I’m wearing XS) (Inexpensive option) || White Tunic (wearing small but ordering an XS because it runs large) || Denim (obsessed, ridiculously flattering!) | Red Sweater w/elbow patch | Tan Bag  (not a part of the sale and is similar to a Rebecca Minkoff – only $32!)

  2. I prefer online shopping too. My bedroom is the fitting room! And I still return in store so I don't have to deal with the hassle/time it takes to ship and get a refund.
