So, these Fancy Friday shorts… <3 I am typically not a shorts-kind-of-gal but these.. well, a whole new story. They actually came w/this little crop top but due to my body being a little miss-proportioned, it didn’t fit quite like it does the model ;). I am obsessed with the top though so I am hopefully going to pair it with a skirt. 

In other news, I am on my way to Florida this morning to see Jade (and the baby!). She & Matt were supposed to be going to DC for a wedding but her Doctor told her not to fly so I got to use her flight to stay with her while Matt is gone! We always joke about how we were separated at birth because we are so much alike and we love being together… separated at birth & re-united via Instagram, lol! PS. We don’t have Nordstrom in OK so I am excited to shop the Anniversary Sale… these are the items I am looking at!

This post definitely wanted me to search for a wider fedora, I love the one you featured or the Tory version with a bow — luckily I have an employed friend there 😉 Jealous you're heading to Florida btw! I hope to visit in between semesters in the next few weeks. Have a blast..although I'm sure that won't be hard 🙂
