Another NYFW look…
These ‘pajama’-like pants from Elysian are some of my favorite! I wore them during the day on Tuesday, which turned out to be a mistake. The weather in NYC had been pretty chilly during the morning and evening hours all the way up until this day and then it was like Arkansas-style heat!
Yesterday, I had a few people share with me that I was on Buzzfeed.com for their “How Much Did Your Outfit Cost?” segment. Writing “sale” felt like the best way to describe not only my outfit, but me. I enjoy finding bargains & styling inexpensive clothing/sale finds with quality pieces. It’s so easy to get caught up in material possessions while being in the city, or just at the Lincoln Center, so finding a balance has been something I’ve really been thinking about while in NYC. I have had the pleasure of meeting and hanging out with several wonderful bloggers which has made the trip incredible, as well as making a new best friend, Jade! We’ve had so much fun together, despite my leaving my cell phone in a cab… :/
