Hello from Denver – I am clearly not in Tulsa anymore, lol! Tulsa was in the 90s when we left and there’s absolutely zero foliage or color changing. I am saying a prayer that when we get back, it will be ready to get w/it!! 🙂 John, Fitz, & I headed to Denver on Saturday AM at like 6am – it was going to be a 10 hour drive (which is easy for us) BUT, once we left Tulsa I realized I forgot 2 really important things at the house so we had to turn around and go back to the house. I felt horrible – luckily John is so patient w/me (praise the Lord) he didn’t get too annoyed. Anyway, we made it to Denver at 5pm so he was just happy to make it in time to watch the OSU/Wisconsin game.
In other news, I got my hands on my 3rd (!!) pair of these AG jeans from Nordstrom. It may sound obnoxious, but just go & try these on and you will totally understand. I purchased my first pair 2 years ago and I wore them like crazy! The knees got so ripped they didn’t even look like this anymore so I broke down and got a second pair (then third). I love these because you can wear them 19 days in a row and there’s not much stretching at all. Not to mention, they really do a number on your legs & hips. I have a smaller upper half so I prefer flattering jeans that will make me appear more proportional. Okay, moving on – this sweater though! I pulled this out of the Nordstrom box and my first thought was “John could wear this!!”, then I reluctantly tried it on and LOVED it. It’s under $50 & I know for sure I’ll be wearing this on repeat this winter.
The BP section of Nordstrom’s site is a go-to for me because the clothing is affordable and on trend. I especially love all the sweater selections!
Thanks to Nordstrom for sponsoring today’s post.
