I’ve talked about this a few times on Instagram but these Steve Madden OTK boots are a SUPER great dupe/look-a-like for the Stuart Weitzman Highland boot. I have a few pair of Highlands and I love them – but these are $99 and stay up just as well as the Highland! If you are still trying to hunt down an affordable boot, definitely give these a try! 
 
In other news, John and I went to pick up some live garland – and didn’t realize everything would be picked over / almost gone. We took Fitz with us bc he LOVES this place – and he literally photobombed all of these pictures. He is hysterical because anytime the camera is out he will get in front of it. Last night, Elizabeth was taking a picture in the mirror in our living room and he literally went and laid beside her for the pic. Such a mess, but a really cute one! He is at the vet as we speak – and John just texted me and said he is still 24lbs. He’s weighed that for a year now so I guess that is where he will probably stay for a while. 
 
Hope you all are enjoying this week before Christmas – I still have shopping to do so yea. :/ And my family is doing Christmas here in Tulsa so I gotta grocery shop which will be an absolute blast (said no one ever).

  11. Your sweater looks so cozy! I love how you also included an affordable version of those boots!

    I'm celebrating Christmas Day with my family and next week we're driving 2.5 hours to have a late Christmas with my in laws. It's more chilly in their neck of the woods so I'm hoping there will be snow so my son can play in snow for the first time!

  21. Christmas morning my mom, MIL, SIL, BIL, and nephew will be coming to our house to have waffles for breakfast. We do it every year! Then afterwards we will relax a bit then round up all of the gifts and head to my SIL's house to exchange gifts and she is making Christmas Dinner… duck and kraut. Then we just relax and play games and enjoy the holiday. The next day is my favorite though! My SIL and I get up early and go out Christmas Clearance Shopping!
