Visiting Hazel’s Haven in Fort Smith, AR! It’s got to be one of the top boutiques in the state! The owner is a former fashion blogger and truly knows her stuff. Most boutiques have hits & misses… this one has a majority of hits {unfortunatly for me, lol!}
While in Fort Smith, I was thrilled to see Elle (my little ‘sister’) & Robin!
