Hello, Beauty…(2)

This is an example of a ‘track’ as I say in the video. This is a 4 clip track. In case you get confused, I put a 3 clip at the base, then the two 4 clips, and a 3 clip at the top. I use the 2 clip tracks on each side of my head above my ears. All of the 3/4 clip tracks are mixed into the bottom half of my hair that way I don’t have trouble keeping them covered. I wrap my hair and the extension around the curling wand together. As I mention in the video, I have extremely layered hair (so that its a bit lighter) and sometimes I can’t get all of the layers wrapped around the wand so I touch up the tricky pieces with my curling iron.
The Holidays are amongst us and ‘tis the season to start planning outfits for family get-togethers, Christmas parties, New Years, etc. If you are looking for a way to elevate your look, you may look for a new LBD, a bold shade of lipstick, or even a new pair of heels! I know those are a few things I look forward to shopping for this time of year. We forget about little things like our hair! Adding length & thickness to our hair can do wonders! It’s a simple way to glam up for special events & parties, & the great thing is, it’s not permanent!

You’ll see in the video & photos above, I am wearing clip-in extensions by Bellami Hair. I have been wearing them in all of my posts lately. I’ve gotten to wear I don’t like my hair without them! I use the Bellami 6-in-1 curling wand to get the waves throughout my hair – it’s very easy and the great thing is… once I curl my hair/the extensions, I don’t worry about it for several days. It’s great because I simply clip them in, touch up a few pieces of my own hair that may have lose some curl, & I am on the go. It saves so much time in the mornings!

If you haven’t watched the video, take a look. It’s a quick way to see how I clip them in & curl them. Don’t worry – I FF’d most of it so it doesn’t take up too much of your time.

Use code “EMILY5” for $5 off your hair extenions.
Use code “EMILY160” to get your 6-in-1 wand for $160!

Sweater (below in mint) is called ‘Vintage Berry’. Lipstick (linked below ) is Saint Germain.

  1. This is so great! I have thick hair with layers and wondered how yours looks so much fuller than mine! Thanks so much for the video so I can see how easy it is! I will totally have to get some. Can you purchase the Bellami Hair anywhere?
    xo, Lee

  2. do you straighten the extensions in between? I mean – after you take them out, but before you do your hair again the next time? or do you keep them curled and sometimes clip them in curly

  3. Hey lady! I've been reading your blog for a while now, and I just saw on your last post that your husband is in Lawton for his current rotation. I just moved to Lawton a month ago (my husband is stationed at Fort Sill) ! I hope you do okay while he's farther away from you, I know that can't be fun. Happy Wednesday, dear!
