First things first, I mentioned on my IG (@emilyanngemma) last night that I love, love the 3D Moodstruck Mascara. The first time I tried it was when I was wearing this outfit and I put it on pretty quickly (John’s always waiting) & I immediately noticed a difference! I can’t imagine how big I can make my eyelashes when I have time to layer it a bit more! I just used my regular mascara underneath. Yesterday I was in Nordstrom and one of the sales associates stopped me to ask about my eyelashes – I had to share my secret! It’s $29 – and worth every cent. It comes off easily when you wash your face, doesn’t ‘shed’ or smudge, & I’m afraid I can’t go without it now. :/ If you all are interested in a how-to, let me know.
In other news, this morning I am packing up and getting on the road to the Big D! Dallas is one of my favorite cities, ever. Prior to meeting John, I had plans to move to Dallas, obviously better things happen! It’s going to be a 16 hour road trip… aye!

Love the citrus color! I have been looking for an inexpensive pair of sandals in a "pop" color. I am very picky about red and this red does not look like the hot red I don't look good in. Do you find them comfortable?
