(Double) Date Night…

Finally, the outfit I was planning on posting – the shirt is finally online! This was my #ootn on Friday night for a double date night with our friends Mike & Savannah. We are really grateful to have them! In fact, Savannah & I meet for lunch at least one time per week at McAllisters… it became such a common practice that we bought their new Tea Tumblers & I am pretty sure we paid those cups off in the first week, lol! Anyway, these J.Crew jeans are semi new to the store & I have never purchased denim from J.Crew before. It is safe to say that I will be re-purchasing if they all fit like these because boy, they are so comfortable & I find them to be flattering! PS. I get asked about what size I order a lot so.. in the top I got a Medium (its a little big but I kind of wanted it loose and longer.. in the jeans I got my normal size!)

Anyway, this is my date night look… I am pretty sure this shirt will get LOTS of wear this year seeing that it is kind of reddish (okay its ‘tangerine’). John is a devout OSU Buckeyes fan & I love the Hogs so I am sure I’ll be re-wearing it plenty. Oh & the ruffle down the back doesn’t hurt anything. 😉

  16. That shirt is beyond adorable!! I love the ruffle on the back and it's perfect to transition into fall with!! I have always been a huge fan of Jcrew denim so I'm excited to see this new style!

  36. It looks Ok, but am worried about it being too black!
    Am going clubbing for a mates birthday, its looks hot still but am worried about the blackness!
    It's a short black dress with lots of detail on, not quite opaque but not sheer balck tights with seem details up the back and black patent shoe boots (so sexy shoes)
    I was thinking of wearing a dark purpley plum pea type cardi as well for when its colder. think that would be OK?
