When I was younger, my grandmother always gave me something red for Christmas – usually apparel. I remember one Christmas she got me a bright red vest from Gap & oh-em-gee – I kept that thing for years & years & wore it all the time! I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s somewhere around my Mom & Dad’s in fact. She always told me she liked when I wore red & she likes when I braid my hair.. Funny how gifts change over time because for my birthday last year she got me a Mophie & it’s safe to say it was as big of a hit as my red vest. 🙂
