Fall Clothing Haul w/Try On & Review #NSALE

steve madden eternul boot
Each year during the Nsale I try to try on the clothes for you all & review them and honestly this week has been so busy that I am just now getting around to it!! I’m so sorry but the sale does open to everyone TOMORROW!! So you all can finally shop everything in this post starting tomorrow. I ran out of time doing these mirror selfies so I will be try to post the other half of my Nsale Haul in the next week or so.

LOOK #1

BP Tee ($17): wearing an XS (also have the white in small & like both, I’d say this runs large.) I recommend buying in several colors and the striped version, too. This is a perfect layering top.
Zella Leggings ($30): Wearing size small. TTS, I like them to be pretty snug to suck me in 🙂 I have multiple pair of these because I wear them ALL fall & winter.
Steve Madden Boot ($112): TTS, I always go up half a size in boots that go to the knee, otherwise they are TTS. These are ‘chestnut suede’ & the brown shade is PERFECT for all fall/winter outfits. I’ll be real with you all.. I was disappointed in many of the boots from the sale… :/ I tried on several pair of boots while in store and so many of them did not look cute on. Most of them were not tight enough so they made me look like a pirate, haha! Anyway, these were my favorites & I highly recommend them. They also come in black.
BP Leopard Scarf ($17): This scarf is thick and is not a lightweight scarf. This is more of a cold weather scarf!! BUT, it is so cute & honestly, you will be able to wear this all winter & it will tie all of your outfits together.

I wanted to share another shot of the boots more close up and also the length of the tee – its got a tunic length but is slit down the sides.

Another shot of the scarf.
LOOK #2:

BP Cardigan ($31): I’d say this runs large so you can size down or go TTS if you want a cozier look & feel. I am wearing the size small so it is a little big on me. Also, it comes in a few colors & I actually want one of every color, haha! If you followed me through last years NSALE, you’ll see I went cardigan crazy, haha. During the fall & winter, I live in a tee and cardigan.
Lush Tee ($15) : I’d recommend sizing up so that it’s a little longer & baggier, but that’s just me. I like my tees to be loose fitting & comfortable! I’ve been wearing these tees a lot the past 6mos – I have the black & grey too and I’ve styled them on my blog if you want to look back at photos.
AG Denim (old), similar from the sale HERE ($163): AG denim is always TTS for me. I own almost every pair of AG ‘ankle skinny’ denim that has been on the market because the fit is perfect & great if you have thicker legs/ hips. 🙂 The ankle length is what I prefer year round for booties & for wearing heels with jeans – I am almost 5’7 and they hit right at my ankle. During the fall & winter, I typically cuff them a little when I pair them with booties.
Tory Burch Hobo Bag ($329): I actually just ordered this online this week.. I told myself I didn’t need to get any handbags from the sale but this bag had such a great price point & the size was perfect so I caved. I am really happy that I caved because it goes with ALL of the fall outfits. This bag does come in 2 other colors as well.
Vince Camuto ‘Feina’ Bootie ($99): These were hands down my favorite booties from the sale! The only ones that the color was spot-on and they were all comfy. These are definitely TTS and though they are taupe like- they go w/black & brown still.

Another shot of the cardigan & how the bag goes over the shoulder.

LOOK #3:

Current Elliot Leopard Tee ($84): Eeeek… this was considered a splurge for me. Honestly, I thought it was a little too pricy for a tee so I didn’t buy it in store when I shopped the sale. However, I got home and kept thinking about it and again I caved. I wore it to dinner last night and I got TONS of questions from my Snaps asking about it! Personally, I think $84 is a little too much for a tee but this tee is superior quality & it’s a tee you can wear alone or under a cardigan or dress it up or down. I knew I’d get plenty of wear out of it which is why I gave in. I’m wearing size one!
LOOK #4:

Black Moto Jacket: This jacket is TTS – I am wearing a size small. It’s not snug or anything – it is perfect. It has amazing quality for a faux leather jacket & I purchased this during last years NSALE and its been one of the most popular items on my blog this past year! PS. Talk about cheetah print overload in that pic… haha^
LOOK #5:

Halogen Oversized Sweater ($39): This runs large – I am wearing a small but I really wanted a baggy fit. If you are seeing the trend here – yes, I like my fall outfits to consist of fitted pants, baggy top, & boots! It’s my favorite combo. This top / sweater is super soft & also nice & long (while you will see below). It comes in a few colors & is more or less a staple item for me – something I can either throw on and go — OR I can style and make it really cute.
AG Black Ripped Denim ($149): If you read the earlier paragraph ab my obsession w/AG skinny jeans then you probably don’t need an explanation. 🙂
Steve Madden Nude Peep Toe Booties ($79): These are TTS & amazing. I am wearing them so much right now and I will continue wearing them into the fall – and again the spring. They go w/ALL outfits because they are just like wearing a nude heel!
^a look at the top untucked & the back.

LOOK #6:
BP Hooded Cardigan ($45): My cardigan definitely runs large. I am wearing a size small and it is definitely too but- but again, I like it like this because I’ll be wearing this to lounge around the house and styling it super casually.
Lush Tee: I’d recommend sizing up so that it’s a little longer & baggier, but that’s just me. I like my tees to be loose fitting & comfortable!
HAT (old) but similar from the sale HERE: You all now I am like the hat queen – I have so many hats and I only like certain hats. When I find a style of hat that I love I will buy it in all colors. I actually have this Rag & Bone hat already but Elle took it when she was here. These are a splurge item but they are worth the money, plus the colors will match all of your fall outfit.

Another look at the cardigan styled w/leopard print flats & also with boots.

Okay! That’s it for today – I will try to be back w/more of the items soon! Also, the winner of the giveaway will be announced tomorrow so you have 1 more day to enter to win the Louis Vuitton wallet

Also, this whole entire week I have been styling other NSALE outfits and reviewing products as well as reviewing beauty products so check the last 7 posts to see all of those outfits & products.

Thanks to Nordstrom for sponsoring todays post.

  1. How is the thickness on the leggings? I'm always searching for the right "work appropriate" leggings…if there truly is such a thing! 😉

  2. Ahhh, you're making me want fall to get here faster, Emily! I'm in the same boat as you for the booties. Hardly any of them are love at first sight, but I do like the VC ones you're wearing. I may have to go back for those now! Thanks again for the chance for the LV wallet! I think it's sweet of you to do that for your readers! xo

  3. Omg I want ALL of these outfits!! They look amazing. Too bad the Chanel isn't part of the sale haha. Does anyone happen to know if I can shop the sale online from Canada? I know there are stores here now but none of them are near me. Fingers crossed I can!
