The Sweater Dress You’ll Want for Date Night This Fall

Happy Friday! I’m checking in w/a short blog post today, I’m writing from the skies today. 🙂 John and I are en route to Seattle for Bellevue Fashion Week. This is my first time visiting Seattle so I am SO excited. Would love to hear your recommendations. This AM at the airport, I was working on this post (we had to get at 3am) and my [new] laptop suddenly went grey. The screen keeps going grey – anyone know what that means? We just got this in July so its pretty new. Any who, I had a few people ask about this sweater dress so I wanted to share a few of the pics I had of it quickly. It runs TTS and is SO stinking cute on – I wish I could have it in multiple colors. I added a scarf because it was a little chilly outside but its much cuter alone! Also, if your size is out of stock – check back at least once a day bc they constantly re-stock it!

Ok – hope you all have a fun weekend!!! <3

  1. I was wondering who watches Fitz when you guys are traveling. We have a dog and its soooo difficult for us to go anywhere because we hate leaving him! We've left him at a kennel, more like a spa for puppies, but even then it broke my heart to leave him!

  2. Aww I know – it is really had to leave them!! We used to take him to Camp – where he could play with other dogs (which he LOVES), but now that we have a house we just hire someone to house sit and keep Fitz! Typically it is just me traveling so Fitz has John to himself and the house sitter swings by while John is working though!

  3. If you are staying in Bellevue, definitely hit SeaStar for amazing PNW seafood. If in Seattle, Le Pichet is down near Pike Place and is one of the best French bistros I've been to. I would hit a Starbucks Reserve – there are a few in the area, just google depending on where you are staying. Hope you have a great weekend in our beautiful city!

  4. Look into Rover.com…. its a great site that has all sorts of dog sitters, walkers, and daycares. Everyone is background checked and their prices/hr are listed. I love it for finding dog walkers when I know I'll be working late!

  5. What a cute dress! Have a great time in Seattle! That's my hometown and I think it's supposed to be sunny this weekend! Be sure to check out Portage Bay Cafe for breakfast or brunch. Also, downtown Bellevue Park is a great place to take photos. It's right by where fashion week is at!
