4 WAYS TO STYLE SEQUINS || Casual – Dressy
I thought I would pop in today and share some sequin outfit inspo! Every December for the past 4 years I’ve shared sequin outfits and certain pieces always sell out crazy quickly so I wanted to get on this super early so you can get your favorite pieces before they are gone!
I pulled together different outfits – dressed up and dressed casually! And I also tried to keep the pieces at decent price points as well – sequin pieces can be pricy. I made it a point to keep them under $200! Hope you all enjoy!
#1 SEQUIN PANT OUTFITS
Pairing sequin leggings / trousers / pants can be super dressy or casual – it is totally up to you!
I think the easiest way to go is to pair them with a black turtleneck or a any type of sweater that is long enough to cover your back side. [THIS black sweater turtleneck would be amazing with sequin leggings bc it is long enough and warm – and on sale!] If you want to dress them up, adding a faux fur or fuzzy jacket helps mix in new texture!
Here are a few of the best pants / leggings I’ve found this season – including the pair I am wearing above ^ in the first set of photos and a pair of trouser fit. ALSO – I just added THESE to my cart – they suck you in and make you look smaller – but are also super festive!!!☺️
#2 SEQUIN DRESSES / GOWNS
This category is the easiest to find in my opinion! You can always throw a fuzzy jacket over the top to keep warm but these are great for holiday parties and also New Years Ever!
Shop a few that caught my eye below AND the dresses I am wearing in the ^^ photos:
#3/#4 SEQUINS CASUALLY – SKIRTS, TOPS, SWEATERS
This is probably my FAVORITE part of styling sequins – camis, tops, skirts, etc.
I love the look of a sequin cami with a blazer or a sequin top tucked into black denim or even a midi skirt! Also – pairing basic tops tops or sweaters with sequin skirts is also a great idea. I love sequin midi skirts with black turtlenecks — AND using a bright red lipstick & statement earrings can easily glam it up!
I will add some favorites to the widget below — but I did buy some of the camis from ASOS that are linked because they are looser and look cute with blazers!
