If you’ve read my makeup routine or followed my beauty posts over the last 3 years, you know I’m a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury makeup. I’m like obsessed. So much thought and science go into the development of her products and the brand has quickly become a brand that I swear by. Many of my holy grail, must-have products over the years are by Charlotte Tilbury. Today I thought I’d break down all of my favorites and share what I like about them and how I use them. Also sharing a couple of new products I’ve been trying and loving! I honestly am so thrilled to be partnering with the brand today as it is a brand that I have raved about for years. When I told my mom about the partnership she squealed because she is also a huge “Charlotte” fan, lol!
HERE WE GO:
Airbrush Bronzer || You guys already know that this became a holy grail, must-have the minute it was launched! I literally overnighted it the second I saw it was going to be coming out! I wear the shade ‘tan’ and I love the color SO much. It works perfectly for the summer on me. I love that the pan is huge so I likely will not be running out of it for a long time. The packaging is so good and great for travel. Just want to make a note that this bronzer has Hyaluronic Acid in it so that helps to hydrate your skin and also has mica which helps to blur out pores and texture. Anytime I buy a powder, I like to check to see that Mica is in it because I know it will help to smooth out and blur my textured skin. This one does not look muddy or dirty on at all and you can built it up, too. I find that its one of the more user friendly bronzers on the market.
Hot Lips Lipstick || You. Already. Know.. ‘Kim K.W.’ is my JAM. I think I go through one tube every 6 weeks! No joke. I’ve been wearing this lipstick for 3+ years and get so many compliments. The formula its amazing and her shades are also good. I like ‘Nude Kate’ as well.
Magic Vanish || I use this under my eyes daily because its a color corrector and it literally hides the dark circles / veins. It is creamy and smooth and goes on well – its not sticky or messy or drying at all. I use the shade ‘Medium’. This product also has Mica in it so that it smooths the under eye area.
Cheek to Chic || I’ve said for YEARS that Charlotte Tilbury makes the best blushes ever! A good blush is hard to find and I love hers. I actually at one point owned every color! I My favorite is shade ‘The Climax’ – its the one I have re-purchased the most.
Lightweight Moisturizer Magic Cream Light c/o || Okay, this is new to me – I just started using it a few weeks ago but it quickly became a holy grail product in my AM skincare routine. This is new to Charlotte Tilbury, too. Their ‘Magic Cream’ is a top reviewed product and a game changer for many people but this formula is lightweight, has SPF, and fights against blue light / and urban pollution. AKA: My 5 step morning skincare routine is a step shorter without having to add on an SPF + I like knowing that my skin is being blocked UVB/UVA/etc. I find that this feels good on my skin, does not affect the look of makeup and honestly I find that it is much more hydrating than the moisturizer I was using before which really helps makeup to wear better. I was reading the specifics online because I love all the data they share and it talks about how its formulated to hydrate, smooth, defend, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. I’m actually very picky about moisturizers and SPFs so I was super thrilled when I tried it out and didn’t see any negative effects.
Beauty Light Wand || If you have followed me for a long time you probably saw this product coming a mile away! I remember when the Beauty Light Wand first launched and I got ahold of it SO fast – and I ran out of it so fast too, lol! It is seriously one of the best liquid highlighters and highlighters in general. I actually prefer the shade ‘Spotlight’ – which is the lightest. That is the one I have purchased and re-purchased the most. I did just recently get the new shade ‘Pillow Talk Medium’ [peachy-pink] which wears well alone as a blush / highlighter combo or just as a highlighter. It is a beautiful color but I like it best for light makeup days where I am just applying a couple of products. The formula in this is extremely user friendly – just requires a light blending – nothing crazy & you can see in the photos above how luminous it is. Also – it became a favorite because it does not emphasize the texture on my skin which is a big deal for me!
Luxury Palette c/o || The ‘Copper Charge’ Eyeshadow palette is amazing for anyone who likes a bronzy/golden/shimmery eye look -aka: ME! I think everyone is well aware of how amazing her eye shadow palettes are so I thought I’d share that this one is the one I love the most & get the most use out of overall!
Powder & Sculpt Brush c/o|| I purchased this recently because I was in need of a small, pointed brush to use under the eyes and around my nose to apply powder and I am actually a big fan of it!
Legendary Lashes Volume 2 || This mascara has been in my ‘Best of Beauty’ blog post 2 years in a row. Keep in mind that I try new mascaras weekly and this is always one of my top picks since 2016 I believe! I use it on my extensions and my real lashes – and have no issues with it on my extensions. It is long-wear, smudge-proof, humidity-resistant.
Magic Night Cream || Easily one of the best night creams EVER. I mean, EVER. My mom always requests this for Mother’s Day, Christmas, her birthday, etc. It is not cheap but I will say that the jar will last a few months and you will see a difference when you wake up. I remember when I was pregnant with Luke – my skin was so bad. Just dry, dull, sad looking. I actually had a friend who worked in retail recommend this and now I never go without it. One night my mom used mine and didn’t tell me and the next morning I asked her what she did to her skin and she goes “oh I got in a jar in your drawer last night!” And I said “SHOW ME!!’ and of course it was this magical cream. It feels like a balm so it is a bit sticky but I apply it 30 minutes before I even go to sleep so that it gets a chance to absorb. It literally plumps up your face [in an amazing way], smooths out lines/wrinkles, hydrates like crazy, softens, etc. Anytime I feel like my skin is look sad and dull – I always know its time to use this. I do not use it every night but I do it 2-3 a week and when I travel – that way it lasts longer! The website even says ‘Instant beauty sleep in a cream elixir!’ which is so spot on.
Lip Cheat Lip Liner || Forever a favorite liner – the shade ‘Iconic Nude’ is my most worn and a go-to but I also love ‘Pillow Talk’. In the photos above I am wearing ‘Iconic Nude’. This liner is smooth and easy to use, and also wears up to 6 hours which is a big deal – also waterproof!
Charlotte’s Magic Genius Magic Powder || I’ve been using this powder for probably 2 years and I really can’t find one better – it is sooooooo good. I use it on my under eye are and it set/bake my entire face. I use the shade ‘2 Medium’. The website describes this product so accurately – ‘a light-diffusing loose powder with ingredients to help blur imperfections, visibly reduce the appearance of dark shadows and boost radiance for mattified, smoother-looking skin’. I have dry skin so I remember wondering if it would work for me since it ‘mattifes’ but it is perfect. Anytime a friend or readers tries it I always get the best feedback!
FLAWLESS, PORELESS SKIN SECRETS FACE KIT || Okay, this is a kit that I would 110% recommend if you are wanting to make your first CT purchase OR you are looking to revamp your look. You all know I swear by her Airbrush Flawless Foundation – its legit my holy grail. My mom actually started using it as well. If you ever get a chance, read the description and details because the formula is basically MAGIC. It has all of these amazing ingredients to do different things- I won’t even try to act like an expert but I will tell you why I love it. It is long wearing – sweatproof/waterproof/humidity proof. It literally BLURS my skin – and if you know me – then you now my story with cystic acne and the scarring it left behind. It hydrates but also mattifies – so you don’t look dry at all but your skin also is not breaking up with sweat or anything. So basically it is smoothing, long wearing, not thick or cakey at all – and a little goes a long way. I wear shade 7 Neutral. I also always keep her powder in my vanity too and I use it when I travel because it is super good for touching up or blotting OR if you like light makeup. If you don’t want to use loose setting powder, you can use this one. It has a bit of a luminosity to it but you can’t see it – but it helps to set and reflect and blur all at the same time. My bff in Arizona always keeps this on her because of the heat and she does not like to wear much makeup but this is the one product she always keeps with her. I actually like it best for setting my under eyes! [I use the medium shade!]
Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray || This is new and I just ordered this and had it overnight as soon as it was released because well… I know Charlotte knows what’s up with makeup, lol! It is a ‘Hydrating Setting Spray, Oil-free, lightweight setting spray to prime and set your makeup for up to 16 hours*! I actually tested it out and I did find that it made my makeup wear very longterm – during a 90 degree, super humid Oklahoma day. That is a big deal for me. I find that it works best if you spray before makeup and after!
Instant Magic Facial Dry Sheet Mask || Okay, this mask has been a long term holy grail product for me – I actually was recommended this when I was pregnant with Luke as well. I’ll post in the ingredients but there’s something magical in this because I find that it works wonders on my skin. I really love it for travel or any kind of special day where I want my skin to look as best as possible. I also love that it is a DRY mask and that you can re-use it.
