TRAVEL HACKS + BEAUTY FAVORITES [AMAZON MUST HAVES TOO!]
I get a loootttttt of questions in regard to my designer items and also in regard to my travel hacks, tips, and ideas. I have done blog posts on both topics a few times now so I won’t just regurgitate everything I’ve shared already but I thought I’d go ahead and share detail on some of the travel things I’m loving lately and also answer a lot of the questions I get from you all so you can easily find info – mainly on designer handbag questions!
Okay, so lots of you have inquired ab0ut my luggage / bags / etc. from this trip to Laguna so I thought I’d snap a few photos and just break it all down in one place – as well as share my feedback. So, the Louis Vuitton carry-on is called the Horizon and I have the 55 size. I got this before having Luke and I tend to only travel with it when I am kid free mostly. I’ve had it for nearly 5 years since it was released and I have zero complaints! I love it and have used it a LOT and it holds up so well but I do like something more basic when I’m cramming it full of toys, diapers, my things, & snacks. Also, I always travel with my laptop on me because if I am alone I like to catch up on work while on the plane. So on this trip I stored my laptop in my carry on since I used my Birkin as a travel handbag. On that note, my Birkin is a 35 which is the original size and was made for travel specifically. I don’t typically carry it in the airport however on this trip sans babies, I did! It holds quite a bit really and looks good for travel or fashion. Specifics on the Birkin are 35, togo leather, gold on gold. You can buy pre-loved / authentic HERE or a gorgeous dupe option HERE.
Another question is about the Louis Vuitton perfume holder [can hold lipsticks / brushes / etc.] & also what perfumes I love by LV. I always travel with my holy grail Les Sables Roses [THIS perfume is similar if not better and is amazing – I don’t know which I better though!] . Another bag I get asked about is my makeup vanity bag – the Nice BB Vanity bag. I got this probably 6-7 years ago and have used it like it was going out of style and again I have no complaints. It holds all of my makeup & my brushes. Including my fan, setting sprays, makeup wipes, & all. It is gorgeous as a decor just sitting on your vanity, too. The other small travel bags that are designer are the Toiletry which I use to hold lip balm, lip liner, lipstick, lip gloss, hand sanitizer, & hand lotion. The other is a ‘packing cube‘- what I use for storing jewelry. I like to keep all of these items on my on the plane so that I don’t worry about them being lost.
Louis Vuitton beach / pool towel was something I ordered and had to wait for months to eventually get. I notice people inquire about that towel often and I’m not sure if it is always available or not but the brown monogram reverse was from last Summer 2020 – not sure if it was a collection?
As you scroll you can see photos and links to the other products I storied about as well!
