The LBD for Day Or Night

Sunday night we went over to Sunset Beach to eat at Captain John’s – a seafood restaurant! If you have followed me for long, you may already know I am a ‘kids meal’ kind of girl.. like mac & cheese, chicken tenders, etc. haha! I only recently expanded into liking shrimp. Anyway, it was fun.. the hushpuppies were ah-maze-ing x1000. (dipped in butter instead of ketchup!) I did get a kids meal in case you were wondering.. and so did Caitlin. 

Anyway, I had to share this dress – it’s a favorite of mine and kind of a hidden gem. It looks so plain online but I tried it on in store and love love how it fits! It’s got a classic fit to it – and it is flattering! The length is great and it’s a dress you can wear out to lunch or running errands — or pair it with wedges and accessories to wear it out at night! It is available in 5 other vibrant colors, too!

Just added it to my cart 😉 I also found a super affordable dupe for the Valentino's at Target (http://www.target.com/p/women-s-betseyville-pyramid-stud-gladiator-sandal/-/A-50288403)!! I'm so excited for them- they're on their way to me now so hopefully they're a good quality dupe until I can afford Valentino's one day…hopefully 😉

    PS- I have always been a kid's meal girl too until recently I've been trying to branch out a bit!

  21. Oh wow, I love your look and the summer vibes these pictures spread! Here in Germany it's actually not that summery lately, which is why I like looking at pictures like these even more!
    I love how everything is so simple but comes together as an unique and pretty outfit!
