Happy Sunday!!! I have been doing more Sunday posts lately because we’ve had so many ‘new house’ things going on during the week and I sometimes skip a day and make up for it on Sundays. John is home the weekend – he typically is works so we are about to head out the door for church and I thought I’d share this look ASAP since Easter is next week!

This dress is the PERFECT Easter dress. I actually got it a few weeks back while shopping in Nordstrom and IT FIT. And then a month later it still fit – which is great because my stomach & ribs have grown tremendously the last couple of weeks. [Baby Girl is already over 7lbs!] Anyway, I was going to save it for Easter but ended up wearing it anyway since I was not sure how much longer it would zip. This dress is NOT maternity – but the kicker is that it is so beautiful and flattering – pregnant or not! If you are very thin it will look amazing and it will also look beautiful if you’ve got curves! From certain angles I really didn’t look very pregnant which is the giveaway that it is very flattering. It is modest enough for a church setting but not boring – the lace detail is gorgeous. I got SO many compliments on it!

Even if you are not looking for an Easter dress this is a great option for any kind of special event, shower, graduation, etc. I’ll be honest though, Nordstrom has a wide selection of dresses that would work. I browsed the site and found my ‘favorites’ so I will add them all into a widget. I am thinking I am going to order this one in pink for family photos after the baby is born – it looks like it will hide the post baby tummy. OR, maybe THIS ONE – it’s not as elegant but it is so gorgeous and would be perfect for attending a shower!

Also, I will add a widget with my favorite accessories like shoes, handbags, & earrings to dress up your look as well!
