The Hair Necessities…

One of the questions I am most commonly asked whether at the mall or on Instagram is about my curls. In fact, I was asked to do a hair tutorial so many times that I finally did film not one, but two and both of them are ridiculous. (I answered the phone and talked to my dad in one of them.) Anyway, since I am on the struggle bus with filming a tutorial, I decided to begin with a post on what I use every single day.
Let it be known that I have tried nearly all of the products out there when it comes to hair spray and heat tamers, yet I always come back to TreSemme products. They are affordable, easy to come by, & most importantly, they do the job. Not to mention, I have tried an array of curling irons and I even own a Hot Tools iron, yet this Conair iron works much better for me. I was not in the market for a curling iron, but I had been considering buying a larger barrel and I figured I’d begin with a cheaper one just to see if I’d like the larger barrel curls and I have not looked back!

Here is a photo of my hair freshly washed & curled using those products…

Here is a photo of the ‘next day’ curls… All I do is use my teasing comb to brush them out. (PS. I LOVE Betty Bows!)

Now, to the more important stuff… I give credit to the following products for the length + health of my hair. Everyone knows about Biotin these days so I will skip right over that, but I do use this brand and I never skip a day. Secondly, the L’Oreal EverPure Restorative Masque is something that every girl should be using 2x per week. If you are the least bit concerned about your damaged or dry hair or why your hair won’t grow – buy this product and see the difference. It can be purchased at Walmart or a drug store and is like $6. No pain there! My hair is not colored, but I can’t stop using the L’Oreal EverPure Shampoos – they are my personal favorite.

On a sidenote, I think Google Reader is about to be gone in the next couple of weeks so don’t forget to follow me here on Bloglovin.

Alright, that’s all I’ve got for now… I promise I will be working on a tutorial and will have it out soon! Thanks for reading!
