UPDATE ALL ABOUT HAIR

I try to update about my hair frequently and I decided to do that today since I get a lot of questions. Not a  lot has changed since my last post in the fall.

#1 Shampoo // Conditioner

My favorites are THIS shampoo and THIS conditioner OR THIS shampoo and THIS conditioner.  I swap it up a lot! PS. When I travel I use a lot of THIS brand.

#2 Pre-Shampoo

Since being pregnant my hair hasn’t been very good. Super dry and not as shiny and healthy looking. I have been using THIS product to get the healthy, shiny look back and I really love it! It works!

#3 Mask

I use THIS conditioning mask every single time I wash my hair! Between the balayage and the dryness I have to really work to get moisture back in my hair!

#4 Heat Protectant

I literally never skip using a heat protectant, ever! I have been using this one for years! If you use a curling iron or straighten – always use a good heat protector!

#5 Oil

I always use THIS OIL before I dry my hair and after I’ve styled and curled my hair. It just makes your hair look hydrated, shiny, less frizzy, etc.

#6 Pillowcase

I know you’ve heard me talk ab these a gazillion times but I am ALL about my SILK pillowcases! They feel good on your face and really help keep your hair smooth and silky.

#7 Biotin

Before trying to get pregnant I took Biotin daily but now I take a prenatal and it works just as well! Unfortunately, like many women my hair was awful and stopped growing while pregnant. It is getting better now and getting its shine back!

#8 Scrunchies

Trust me – you THIS or a scrunchy. I have them ALL over my house. I prefer THESE when I am just running errands or if people are coming over and I want my hair up, but at night I sleep with my hair in a scrunchie. Just helps prevent breakage and also holds in my curls at night.

This is just a quick update for people who’ve been asking a lot lately! I will do a more thorough post ab curls and styling later!
