Hellllooooo! And happy Sunday! I am just ab to start getting ready for church and decided I’d pop in and share this full look from our first full day in Mexico. I skipped two posts last week – which is a first for me – so I am trying to make up for it a little bit! If you are ’new’ here, I typically do 5 blog posts her week and 4 are usually outfits and one is beauty related – last week I got two outfits up *I think!* and one beauty post live. John is eyeing me right now so bc he loathes being late and I’m trying to make this quick soooo… 🙂

Any who, on our first day of the #LTKGetaway our group loaded up onto a big bus and visited the Grand Cenote and the Coba Mayan Ruins. I packed extra outfits for this trip but once we got to the ruins I decided to just stick w/this outfit. It was very comfortable to me – the shorts are a pair I wear like 4x per week! And a white tank and a kimono were just ideal for the hot weather situation [+it was very cold on our long bus ride to and from these destinations!]. I *DID* climb the ruins in these sandals, btw. It was not too bad! I am just out of shape so I was breathing hard once we got to the top but it was totally worth it! The views from the top were incredible! When people go to Tulum to visit ruins – most don’t go to Coba since its more out of the way but I was very impressed w/the views from the top – it was more jungle-like!

My outfit obviously doesn’t fit the occasion but it worked and this is a look you’ll see me in quite often honestly. I love kimonos bc I feel ‘covered’ in them – especially chasing Luke around. Ok – time to go get ready for Church – thanks for stopping by..xoxo
