?RECENT SEPHORA HAUL + FAVORITES SHOUTOUT?
#1. CHARLOTTE TILBURY HOT LIPS [Shade: ‘JK MAGIC’] || So I’m a huge CT lipstick fan! I wear KIM KW basically 5 days a week! I also really like her lip liners [‘Iconic Nude‘ is my favorite]. Anyway, I recently tried her Hot Lips lipstick in the shade JK Magic and really liked it – its not really as nude as Kim KW but its the same formula and feels good on and wears really well! The packaging is a little different which I like – it is really pretty but the shade I got is more of a pink – but still nude. It is what I am wearing in these photos. So if you are looking for a good lipstick that pulls pink a little – try this one! I do love all of her lipstick formulas though!
#2. TARTE BEAUTY SPONGE || So I recently got their sponge in PR and I’ll be honest…. I hardly ever like beauty sponges. So many of them are too hard or too soft or ruin your makeup. The Beauty Blender [black & nude], and the Fenty beauty sponge are both really good but I love love love the Tarte one. It is all I have been using lately!
#3. NATASHA DENONA CHROME SHADOWS || I recently posted a video on my stories talking about something random and I got so many DMs asking about my eye shadow. I’ve shared it before but I really, really love the Natasha Denona Chroma Crystal Top Coat & Chroma Crystal Liquid eye shadows. If I had to pick just one I’d do the Top Coat [shade ‘Bronze’]- it is what I had on in my stories! I use THIS Naked Palette & then put the top coat on my lid! The liquid one is new and is supposed to help make your lids look smoother – which is why I purchased it. I really like a glittery lid – but I have loose skin on my lids! The liquid stays put VERYYYYY well! The shade I have is ‘Aubade’ – I don’t love the shade very much. I really prefer the Bronze shade of the top coat!
#4. IT COSMETICS YOUR SKIN BUT BETTER PRIMER || I got this in PR several weeks ago and was so anxious to try it because it is hydrating but also pore smoothing + is supposed to be a gripping primer. Honestly, it sounds too good to be true! BUT I really, really like it. I still use a pore filling primer in the areas where my pores are bad but other than that I find this to be really good. Its good for oily or dry skin – and it has a unique feel to it – which is why it is considered a gripping primer. If you are new to the idea of gripping primers – they have a different texture to them – and I think that is what helps them hold on to your makeup better. I think this primer would be super good for oily gals because its going to help control everything and hold on to your makeup!
#5. KERASTASE 8HR MAGIC NIGHT SERUM || This is SO good if you want to really care for your hair but don’t wash it a lot – aka me! I wash my hair once a week but I do all I can to really care for the ends so that they don’t break off! This is something you can use on dry hair – just apply before you go to bed and it works to help strengthen your hair so that you don’t have breakage, split ends, and also helps to detangle. If you color your hair at all it is smart to use this if you can just prevent damage and also help with dryness & get extra shine.
#6. BIG EGO MASCARA & OPENING ACT LASH PRIMER || It seems like there are a lot of good mascara out right now! I love the Big Ego mascara – the brush is huge and it just wears longer and doesn’t flake but I really, really like the Opening Act Lash primer too! This primer is SUPER good for building up your lash and making them look longer and fuller! I don’t really use it unless I don’t have any extensions on but when I do use it my lashes look 10x better if I use the primer under a mascara.
